Nine New Recruits

As 2021 comes to a close, Port Melbourne has signed nine new players to join their VFL program for the upcoming season.

With the season kicking off the weekend of March 26th, preseason has been in full swing and practice matches will begin in the New Year. In the meantime, we welcome the below recruits to the Club and cannot wait to see them wearing the red and blue.

Felix Flockart (19yo, 203cm)

• Recruited from Sandringham Dragons
• 2 VFL matches in 2021 (1 for Port Melb, 1 for GC Suns)
• Ruck/Forward

Oscar Morrison (18yo, 194cm)

• Recruited from Geelong Falcons NAB League
• NAB League Team of the Year 2021
• Tall Defender

Tom Hofert (19yo, 204cm)

• Recruited from Gold Coast Suns VFL/Academy
• Ruck/Forward
• 4 VFL matches in 2021

Cody Stackelberg (21yo, 186cm)

• Midfield/Defender
• Recruited from Collingwood VFL (8 matches in 2021)
• Brisbane Lions Academy Captain (2017 & 2018)

Nathan Scagliarini (23yo, 181cm)

• Recruited from Frankston VFL and Previously listed at Sandringham VFL
• Forward/Midfield
• Member of Frankston leadership group

Mitchell Lewis (23yo, 183cm)

• Recruited from Casey Demons VFL
• Rebound Defender/Winger

Jesse Cucinotta (22yo, 179cm)

• Recruited from Box Hill Hawks
• Rebound Defender

Archi Manton (20yo, 194cm)

• Recruited from Werribee VFL
• Key Forward
• 33 Goals for Yarraville Seddon in WRFL in 2021 and CHF in Team of the Year

Jack Johnston (19yo, 195cm)
