CEO Update ‐ Coaching & Football Strategy Sub Committee

Dear Members and Sponsors,

Recently we advised that a Sub Committee would be established to further articulate the Club’s 5 year football strategy and to assess our future coaching options.

We are pleased to advise that the committee has now been formed and will comprise:

 Paul Malcolm (CEO)
 Adrian Bonaddio (Director)
 Toby Pinwill (Life Member, Premiership Captain 2017)
 Dan McConaghy (Independent)

We believe the football strategy and the selection of our new VFL Head Coach are extremely important initiatives that will complement the overall strategy of the Club currently also under development and help set us up for the future.

We believe this is necessary to ensure PMFC can continue its history of on field success.

As the committee meets and reports to the Board of Directors, we shall keep you all abreast of further developments and decisions.
